Complaints
If something has gone wrong
If you are unhappy with a decision, a charge, or how you have been treated, tell us directly. Email info@alectormicrofinance.co.zwwith your full name, the phone number on your account and what happened. Put “Complaint” in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
You are entitled to an explanation of any credit decision made about you. If the first answer does not resolve it, ask for the matter to be escalated — and if you remain dissatisfied, you retain the right to take it to the relevant regulator.
Beware of impersonation
Alector will never ask you to pay a fee to release a loan, and will never ask for your password or a one-time code. Our only phone number is +263 242 700 145, and our only email address is info@alectormicrofinance.co.zw. If someone contacts you claiming otherwise, it is not us — please report it.
